Let’s discuss
your project.

Your authority. You confirm that you are entitled to share the information and files you send, and that sharing them does not breach any duty you owe to someone else.

Ownership. Everything you send remains yours or your licensors'. Sending it gives us permission to use it only to assess and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of it.

How we treat it. We limit access to the people at Fused Composite Design who need it to respond, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company other than the recipients described in our Privacy Notice. This is our ordinary practice and is not a formal confidentiality undertaking.

If you need an NDA. If your material is commercially sensitive, tell us before you send it. We can put a non-disclosure agreement in place first, and that agreement will then govern.

Independent work. We work on many spar projects. Receiving your enquiry does not prevent us from developing or supplying designs of our own that may be similar, provided we do not use your material to do so.

No obligation. An enquiry does not oblige you to buy or us to supply. Any proposal, price or lead time is valid only when given in writing for your project.

Export controls. Supply outside South Africa is subject to applicable export control and sanctions laws. We may ask for information about the vessel, its owner and its destination before we proceed.
