What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. In this policy "cookies" covers all of them.

The fonts, video and 3D models on this site set no cookies. We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
The enquiry form also uses Vercel BotID browser checks to detect automated abuse. These security checks operate independently of your Analytics choice. Google Search Console adds no cookie or tracking script to the site.
Browser Do Not Track signals do not automatically change your choice here. Use Cookie settings to accept or decline Analytics. We do not enable advertising or Google Signals features for tracking across other sites. Google’s handling of Analytics data is described in our Privacy Notice and its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends this signal, we keep Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights off even if you previously accepted analytics cookies. This applies to that browser. Your saved cookie choice is unchanged; if you turn Global Privacy Control off, that choice applies again until it expires or you change it. Essential security checks and the enquiry form continue to work.

These are needed for the site to work. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off through the banner.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which public pages are read, which websites refer visitors, and the countries and devices visitors use. With your consent, we also count successful enquiries and clicks on phone, email and contact-page links. These counts do not include your form entries, enquiry reference or attachment details. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you select "Decline", or ignore the banner, it stays off. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled.
Google processes analytics data on our behalf, including in the United States. Our Privacy Notice explains what is collected and how long it is kept. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading speed and responsiveness without using cookies or identifying individual visitors. It starts only after you select "Accept analytics" and stays off if you decline or ignore the banner, or enable Global Privacy Control. We exclude private pages and remove queries and fragments from reported page addresses. If you withdraw and later accept again on the same page, performance measurement resumes on your next full page load. Performance measurements may be processed outside South Africa by Vercel.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Declining after accepting stops future Google Analytics and Speed Insights collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site; it does not erase information already collected. We ask again after six months. We keep a private record of cookie choices for 12 months, containing a random reference, the choice, its date and the wording version shown, any previous choice reference and a protected browser-ownership value. This record does not contain your name, email address, IP address, enquiry details or browsing history. The browser reference links the choice to that browser, not to an identified person. Expired records are removed by our scheduled cleanup. If a choice cannot be saved, Analytics remains off; declining or withdrawing consent takes effect immediately. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
